Larysa’s Story

Born in a small Ukrainian village, in the teacher’s family, Larysa went to Germany and has obtained a Master degree in International Economics. She had multiple jobs in order to finance her study. Being challenged is something she really loves.

After graduation she has worked in the international law business. Since 2015 Larysa has been building up Asentiv Switzerland as Admin, managing all technical work. Now as a part of Asentiv Global leadership team Larysa is responsible for many administrative tasks and carries out back office activities with her company FOP “Larysa Karpyuk”.

Dr. Ivan Misner (Ph.D) is a co-founder of Asentiv and is bringing his expertise of starting a business from the garage of his home and turning into a global brand.

Dawn Lyons

Dawn Lyons is a bestselling author and marketing expert as well as a Cofounder of Asentiv. However, it is Dawn’s teaching abilities, accomplished sales career of 18 years, and specialty in public speaking that make her an integral part of the Asentiv team.

Mike Macedonio

Mike Macedonio is a Cofounder of Asentiv. and has led the efforts to transform Asentiv from a small training company, to an impactful business development organization with more than 60 locations in 20 countries.

Most lawyers are conservative introverts, who don't know how to network effectively. Even as a partner, I personally never had any structured marketing plan as to how to achieve our firm's
